How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually the same working day on WhatsApp, and within 24 hours by email. If you send us a survey number to look at, give us a little longer — we would rather come back having actually checked it.
Will I be put on a marketing list?
No. A single enquiry gets you an answer to that enquiry. We do not add people to broadcast lists off the back of one message, and we do not pass your details to other brokers or agents.
Can I visit the Ahmedabad office?
Yes, and it is the better way to do this if you can. Ahmedabad is the base for on-ground Dholera operations, so a site visit can usually be arranged around the same trip.
I am an NRI — who should I speak to?
The Noida desk handles North India and overseas investors. Tell us your time zone and we will call at a reasonable hour for you rather than for us. Start with the NRI desk page for the FEMA position.
Can I bring a parcel I found somewhere else?
Yes, and it is a genuinely useful conversation. Send the survey number and whatever documents you have. We will tell you what we see, including when the answer is that it looks fine and you should proceed without us.
What if I am not ready to buy anything yet?
That is a reasonable position and often the correct one. We are happy to answer questions from people who are a year or two away from doing anything, and there is no follow-up sequence waiting for you.
