Privacy Policy

The enquiry forms on this site do not submit data to a server. When you fill one in and choose WhatsApp or email, the details are composed into a message that your own WhatsApp or email client sends. Nothing is stored on this website in the process.

Once you send that message, we hold the details you chose to send — typically your name, city, phone number, optionally your email, and what you told us about your requirement.

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare parcel information and quotations relevant to what you asked about, and to carry out any service you commission from us.

Where you become a client, we also hold transaction and identity documentation as required to complete a land purchase and to meet legal record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your contact details with other land brokers or agents.

We do not add you to marketing lists on the strength of a single enquiry. If we start sending you anything periodic, it will be because you asked for it, and every message will carry a way to stop it.

Where a transaction proceeds, we share the necessary details with parties required to complete it — advocates, the sub-registrar office, and the seller or their representatives.

We may share data where we are legally obliged to. We will tell you when this happens unless we are prohibited from doing so.

Enquiry details are kept while your enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it.

Transaction records are kept for as long as required under applicable law and for the period during which a dispute could reasonably arise.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device and records no identifier that could be traced back to you.

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured for this site, Google Analytics 4 also runs. Unlike the above, GA4 does set cookies (named _ga and similar) and assigns your browser a pseudonymous identifier so repeat visits can be recognised. It records pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and referring site.

Where GA4 is running we also record when a visitor clicks a WhatsApp link, a phone number, a map download, or submits a form. We record that the click happened and where on the page it was — not the content of any message you subsequently send. A WhatsApp conversation itself is covered by the section on what we collect, not by this one.

We use this to understand which pages help people and, where we advertise, to measure which advertisements bring visitors who find the site useful. We do not sell it and we do not use it to build advertising profiles of individuals.

You can block all of it. Browser settings can refuse cookies, and Google publishes an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking analytics does not affect any part of this site — every page, map and download works exactly the same.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have rights to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, and to raise a grievance about how we have handled it.
